Sugar Shack
With elements of soul, R&B, funk, rock, and pop, Sugar Shack plays original music that’s hard to categorize but easy to groove to. The first thing that always blows people away is Jake Morgan’s voice. The New Orleans native adds his gospel influenced, highly unique sound to Sugar Shack’s already large melting pot of influences .
The next thing that people are drawn to is the groove. We’ve all been to those concerts where nobody gets out of their seats, but you’ll never see that happen at a Sugar Shack show. The members of the band have been laying down grooves for artists like Zigaboo Modeliste, Tang, The Mission Players, and Will Bernard for the past several years. Though side projects are always available, it’s clear that Sugar Shack is where they have all found their home and will make their mark.
Sugar Shack is the real deal; a solid band with well-crafted original songs and an incredible vocalist. Come check out their next show! Debut album coming soon!

Bob Giles
This recording of music written by Bob Giles features a few solo guitar pieces. Other tunes are accompanied with solos by guitarist Jack Gates. Beautiful drumming is provided by Christopher Gamper and hand drums by Tobias Roberson. Cynthia Lohr does a lovely vocal on one track. Recorded by former Miles Davis guitarist Garth Webber, who also plays a ghostly guitar behind one tune. Jack and Garth both play bass on various pieces.

The Fourtet gives straight-ahead mainstream jazz a post-modern twist along with a healthy dose of bluesy soul.
